dc.description.abstractNigeria has been technologically backward in spite of the potentials inherent in out rich traditional technologies. Nigeria still rely on the importation of finished technology from the developed countries. This paper stresses on the effective utilization of our traditional technologies towards the development of the nation. The paper also highlights on the ways of improving our traditional technologies. Conclusion and recommendation are made to ensure that Nigeria evolve a truly Nigeria technology for the production and consumption of their goods and services which will lead to the socioeconomic development of the nation.en_US
