There was the use of structured questionnaire to obtain necessary information and this was done by preparing 202 questionnaire for the respondents and obtaining relevant gazette of government and questionnaire for the responsible agency in the provision of these facilities in the study area. The analysis shows that there are disparities in the distribution of facilities in theses two neighbourhoods and Community Based Organization (CBOs) has been providing necessary assistance to government in the process of provision of facilities in the study area.
