dc.description.abstractThis paper tried to determine the need for healthy lifestyle, nutrition and child’s attention span. The review of types of meals that are necessary for breakfast, lunch and dinner were highlighted for pupils, parent and school administrators to make wise choice for their foodstuffs and make provision for it. The importance and the rich health benefits of each food were discussed. The vital role of diet in enhancing productivity in the classroom in primary schools was also considered. Suggestions were proffered towards improving and promoting good diets for pupils’ productivity in the classroom.en_US
