An empirical model for rental value prediction is hearing presented considering the key factors that serve as its determinant. Using M.I Wushishi housing estates in Minna, three (3) linear models with different number of parameters and a polynomial model have been used in this research with the polynomial model adopted as the most suitable model. The study identified the major determinant factors of rental values within the study area.en_US
