Abstract: Instructional Design and Technology is the analysis of learning needs and systematic development of instruction. It is a systematic development of instructional specifications using learning and instructional theory to ensure the quality of instruction. In other words, it involves the entire process of analysis of learning needs, goals, and the development of delivery system to meet those needs. It also includes development of instructional materials and activities, tryout and evaluation of nil instructions as well as learners activities. The systematic application of strategies and techniques derived from behavioralS, cognitive and constructivist theories to the solution of instructional problems base on instructional design and technology.
