Abstract: Information communication Technology (JCT) refers to technologies that provide access to information through telecommunications. It covers products that will store, retrieve, manipulate, transmit or receive information electronically in a digital form, examples of such include; personal computers, digital television and robots. On a broader level, this also includes the internet, intranet, email, cell phones, and other communication mediums. This study examined the Utilization of ICT facilities for effective library services, a case study of the Nigerian Law School Library. The study adopted survey research design to gather relevant data (or ~he study. A total of 32 respondent participated in the study. Findings revealed that majority of the staff of the Nigerian Law School library are computer literate including also the students that utilize the library. The findings of the study showed that staff and students who made use of the library assessed good level of computer literacy and skills to use the library. The study recommended that qualified IT skill personnel should be employed to provide constant services and supervision if the operation of ICT facilities and effective maintenance or a better utilization by all patrons of the library. the study concluded that remediation of IT skills library, training opportunity for both staff and users should be instituted.
