Authors: UDOH, GODWILL ETIM
Issue Date: Nov-2007
Abstract: This project work presents "the design and construction of a multi-source friend ly Illobile pholle charger "itll 1)(' rcc lwrgeahlc pen ce lls hack-up. This charger charges the ClllllillOIl lI10bile pholle baltery. :1 .6\' L.i-iol1. lIsing rcadily a\'ailable energy sources that could give 12v dc output. It also incorporates a quick aild easily available source of energy VIa the battery back-up. The charging time from both AC mains supply and hattery back-up were approximately 3 hours for an almost . Oat" battery. From the aforestated. a good throughput W<lS gotten from the device thus meeting its design requirements.
