dc.description.abstractThe study focused on the Assessment of Educational Technology Students on Use of Library Services at The Federal University of Technology, Minna. Specifically, the study sought to find out the role of library in promoting reading and research; how the services rendered in the libraries affect the students. 150 students were sampled from three classes selected by simple random sampling from the department of educational technology, federal university of technology Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. The method used for the study was survey while questionnaire was used for data collection. Four research questions were formulated to guide the study. Simple percentage and frequency count were used to answer the research questions, correlation coefficient and independent t-test was used to answer the research hypothesis. Findings showed that respondents agreed that libraries provide easy access to variety of books among others. Based on the finding’s recommendations were made.en_US
