| dc.description.abstract | The police cliniC Minna like any Health institution suffers the problem of managing case note of patients. The problem of inefficiency in handling patient case note, motivated me as a student of computer science to wanting to solve this common problem using my background as a medical practitioner to design software to meet this challenge. With this in mind, this project will design computerized casenote system software to solve above problems.
