Abstract: The delay in the preparation and distribution of bills charged by the Nigerian Telecommunications PLC to the consumers has been causing the organization a lot of set back. This project is aimed at introducing computer to the preparation of bills in NITEL at the regional level. This will ensure accurate, faster and more efficient service to the customers than is presently available. This program was written using dBASE III Plus package. VIII
