Abstract: | This study investigated the computerisation of Introductory Technology tools and equipment. It looked at introductory technology and what constitutes its tools and equipment, workshops and installation. Of special concern, this study dwelled on computers, the different classes obtainable and their applications. It also looked at computers and how the aid decision making in organisations and outlined the benefits that will acrue from computerisation. It is the conclusion of this study that computer can act as an extension of both the hand and the brain, but cannot replace either. What it can do is tremendously increase the power of our designing. |
