Abstract: This project was able to provide results showing that the following factors affected the number of cycles a woman could have before pregnancy based on X2 test of independence. The factors are: 1. Alcohol 2. Smoking 3. Contraceptives 4. Infections 5. Abortion However, it could not be established if any of these factors favoured miscarriage once pregnancy is achieved. It can therefore be said that certain exposures are not conducive to woman hoping to become pregnant. Based on these findings therefore, an alternative system that would be more suitable and be able to produce timely results was conceived. The system proposed in this project work introduces the use of computer for the purpose of processing gynecological works and review documents. The proposed system facilitates the creation of an integrated database that allows a user to record new set of data, up-date exiting data, process data contained in the database, and review documents and generally manage data contained in the database.
