dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT In the past the process of well log interpretation was accomplished through manual interpolation using voluminous trade literatures/chmis and stored the input/output data in filing cabinet within the company's premises. Upon the examination of the problems of existing system used in the past, a system to solve these problems and which introduced computer functionality to the interpretation of petroleum well logs was proposed.
