GENERAL SYSTEM PROBLEMS, CAUSES AND LIKELY SOLUTIONS A CASE STUDY OF BE-J SYSTEMS NIGERIA LIMITED, ABUJA

Abstract

This project deals with the various problems, likely causes and possible solutions to a malfunctioning System. Moreover, various, methods of troubleshooting were equally discussed. Also, emphasis was laid on software and hardware components as well as various methods adopted for the maintenance of a computer system. To achieve the above tasks, certain research methodology was applied - observation method, interview and investigation of existing systems. In the observation method, I closely watched some system engineers at work in an organisation with a case study of BE - J Systems Nigeria Limited, Abuja. Moreso, some Workers and Engineers were interviewed to get some facts.
