This unit actively nvolves the keeping of record of births and deaths which involves large volume )f document that is Jiable to removal without anybody's knowledge or loss. ['his manual operation of records causes a lot of delay, lack of proper recording mwillingness in the part of the staff due to this reason the researcher decide to :omputerise the specialist hospital Kabba. The registration of biI1hs and deaths lone by four or five staff could only be done by one person with a personal " omputers (PC) installed with the proposed system and open a file for births and eaths to keep their record. This would reduce delay we retrieving record, lisplacement of file and updating it would be easy in the activities. VII
