Abstract: The study assessed students' interest in curriculum innovation in secondary schools in Minna Metropolis, Niger State. Descriptive survey design was adopted, and all SSII students in the secondary schools in Minna Metropolis constituted the population. 370 students were randomly selected for the study.Four research questions were raised and answered with simple percentage and frequency.Thebinstrument used for data collection was a validated Students Curriculum Innovation Interest Questionnaire which was confirmed reliable using Cronbach Alpha formula. Coefficient of .79,.76, .84 and .79. were obtained for the scales. The results indicated that the students have interest in curriculum innovation but were not carried along. They also perceived no change in the old and new curricula in schools. It was recommended among others that students be highly involved in the curriculum innovation and implementation in secondary schools in Niger State.
