Abstract: The electronic architecture of full-color LCoS microdisplays of SVGA format for personal videoprojectors has been developed. The main attention is paid to the selection of the most effective methods for independent addressing of each pixel, the gray scale (halftones) implementation, as well as the formation of a full-color image of the required resolution.
