Continuously Operating Reference Stations-Turkey (CORS-TR) is a Net-RTK system which was established in our country in 2006. The system provides the users all over the country with instant precise coordinate datum. CORS-TR has the capability of doing observation on a vast number of points of a land in a very short time of measurement and with a single receiver and staff. It is possible to carry out a measurement on and around the deformed object in the desired frequency and in a very short time of measurement. This method is much more cost-efficient and functional than other geodetic methods. It is quite useful for the monitoring of slow-moving landslides and earth-fill dams. The method's accuracy of data collection is at the level of cm. This study focuses on a new deformation monitoring method, which is considered to be useful for deformation monitoring studies and supported by the up to date CORS-TR technology, and presents the methodology of an alternative deformation monitoring by using the periodically collected CORS-TR data. For this purpose, 10 epoch CORS-TR measurements were performed on a point periodically once in 3 months with one GNSS receiver, the measurements were balanced, and their static and kinematic deformation analyses were done. Results of the analysis were compared and observed that they were compatible.en_US
