Aspirin drug was however more effective (86.36%). The extract was safe at 2000mg/kg body weight. Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of flavonoids, tannins, phlobatannins, terpenoids, and coumarins.ResultobtainedinthisstudydemonstratedtheefficacyofethanolextractofPiperguineenseasanantiplasmodialand analgesicagent.en_US
