dc.description.abstractThis paper examines the causes of poor performances of students in science and technology education and identifies the role of Instructional Technology to solve the problems. The potentials and use of instructional media in the teaching and learning of science and technology (engineering) for better performance were also discussed. Barriers to effective use of instructional technology were highlighted. The use of instructional media in enhancing teaching and learning of engineering education and training were also discussed. Suggestions and recommendations were proffered.en_US
