Abstract: The study evaluated the use of E-books by the undergraduates of Federal University of Technology, Minna. The study used survey research design and was guided by five research questions. A total of 500 undergraduates from the different schools were sampled. The data collected were analysed using descriptive statistics. Findings from the study revealed that most of the undergraduates of the Federal University of Technology, Minna are aware of Ebooks and prefer it to print books mainly because of ebooks portability and durability. They also used E-books gotten through GOOGLE than the University Library E-books.
