dc.description.abstractDesign and fabrication of dough kneading machine was undertaken with the intentions of providing with simpke and cost effective solution of dough kneading for small scake backers. The dough kneading machine is principally made up of hopper through which the dough is loaded. The powrr required to operate the mmachine was calculated to be 0.828Kwh. A 2hp electric motor was rotating at 300rpm using sets of spur gear to reduce the speed of the motor to the required speed of 60rpm. The machine is human powered, animal and machine. Unlike the conventional kneading macbine which is only engine powered. The hopper has a capacity of 20kg.en_US
