Abstract: Dynamic analysis of an elastic nonlinear material truss using analytic method is presented. A lumped mass model is used for the truss and the non-linearity of the structure is investigated using equations of motion. Fifteen (15) masses were used for the structure. Results from iteration process in terms of acceleration, stress, strain and displacement were deduced. The result thus show no significant non-linearity of the structure.
