dc.description.abstractKnowledge Intensive Business Service (KIBS) are entrepreneurial fine percieved to imbibe entrepreneurial culture to enhance growth. Therefore, this paper investigate the impact of entrepreneurial culture on the growth of KIBS in Minna Metropolics.The study addressed therefore three null hypothesis which focus on employees rewards, informality and Innovativeness. It is a quantitative study that employs survey research design using a self-structure questionnaire on fire point likerf scale based on the previous studies. The validity and reliability of the instrument was carried out. A purposive sampling method was used to obtain the sample size for the study. The data was analysed using descriptive inferential statistics. The studies found that the employees rewards and Innovativeness have significal positive effect of 5% level of significance on KIBS firm growth in Minna Metropolics. It therefore recommends that KIBS firm should focus more on people as empowerment to ehance entrepreneurial culture moreover, capacity building program such as conferences, seminar training and workshops should be a regular feature for KIBS owners/managers by relevant professional bodies on entrepreneurial culture in order to improve an entrepreneurial practice such as employees reward and Innovativeness for firm growth.en_US
