Abstract: A careful study ensure system in some commercial passenger bus schemes. show that the manner in which sold. collected and destroyed gives room for many lapses. This introduces shortfall in the income because only proof 01 service rendered to its customers is destroyed at the entrance of' the buses. In engineering. this can be considered as an open loop system. which is a control system that has no feedback. counts the actual number of passengers alighting the bus using a bottom-up approach.
