The effects of waste glass powder (WGP) on compressive and split tensile strength, and coefficient of water absorption of normal strength concrete (NSC) specimens were investigated in the laboratory. Effects of WGP on cement paste at standard consistency show that it is reactive. Strength losses were recorded for specimens containing WGP at all the test ages. However, specimens containing WGP recorded a lower coefficient of water absorption at 28 and 180days.en_US
