dc.description.abstractKnowledge Management (KM) is presently the key factor for the growth and success of any organization that cannot operate solely by the traditional manual methods. The use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and the different supporting platforms are dependable for knowledge management to uphold its specific principles, particularly knowledge sharing. The paper identified the significance of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in knowledge Management (KM) to organizational effectiveness.
